Temple Of Heaven
The Temple of Heaven, founded in the first half of the 15th century, is a dignified complex of fine cult buildings set in gardens and surrounded by historic pine woods. In its overall layout and that of its individual buildings, it symbolizes the relationship between earth and heaven – the human world and God's world – which stands at the heart of Chinese cosmogony, and also the special role played by the emperors within that relationship.
Forbidden City
Forbidden City, also known as the Palace Museum, and Gu Gong in Chinese, lies at the city center of Beijing, and once served as the imperial palace for 24 emperors during the Ming and Qing Dynasties (1368 - 1911). It was first built throughout 14 years during the reign of Emperor Chengzu in the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644).Rectangular in shape, it is the world's largest palace complex and covers 74 hectares. Surrounded by a 52-meter-wide moat and a 10-meter-high wall are more than 8,700 rooms. The wall has a gate on each side.
Tiananmen Square
Tiananmen Square is a city square in the centre of Beijing, China, named after the Tiananmen ("Gate of Heavenly Peace") located to its north, separating it from the Forbidden City. The square contains the Monument to the People's Heroes, the Great Hall of the People, the National Museum of China, and the Mausoleum of Mao Zedong. Mao Zedong proclaimed the founding of the People's Republic of China in the square on October 1, 1949;
The Summer Place
The Summer Palace in Beijing – first built in 1750, largely destroyed in the war of 1860 and restored on its original foundations in 1886 – is a masterpiece of Chinese landscape garden design. The natural landscape of hills and open water is combined with artificial features such as pavilions, halls, palaces, temples and bridges to form a harmonious ensemble of outstanding aesthetic value.
Lama Temple
Lama Tempe is the largest and best-preserved lamasery in Beijing. It was built in 1694 during the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) as the residence of the Emperor Yongzheng (the third emperor of the Qing Dynasty) before he ascended the throne. In the year 1744, the residence was completely converted into a lamasery. So this resplendent architectural complex is endowed with the style of an imperial palace, making it distinctive from others. It occupies an area of 66,400 square meters (16 acres) and is described as a mini-palace with yellow glazed tiles on the roof and red walls circling the group of buildings.
Ming Tombs
The Ming Tombs hold a place in Chinese history, being the place where 13 out of the 16 emperors of the Ming Dynasty were buried, together with their wives and concubines, including the founder of the dynasty Zhu Yuanzhang. Construction of the first tomb was started in 1409 AD by the third emperor of the dynasty. Subsequent tombs were built on each side of the first one and all the tombs share an avenue located at the middle of the whole area. The avenue is known as the Sacred Way.

Panda House - Beijing Zoo
The Beijing Zoo was built in 1906 in Qing Dynasty with an area of only 10 hectares and a few humble pavilions to house the animals. It was named as "Wansheng Garden"( Ten-Thousand Animal Garden) and officially renamed as Beijing Zoo in 1955. Now it covers an area of 86 hectares, breeding over 5000 animals in more than 450 species. Beijing Zoo has rare Chinese animals, such as the Giant Panda, the Golden Monkey, the Red Panda, Sichuan golden monkey, Manchurian tigers, yaks from Tibet, enormous sea turtles and also a strong selection from around the world - Indian elephants, zebras and giraffes from Africa - the list of animals could be very long.

The Great Wall Of China
Perhaps the most recognizable symbol of China and its long and vivid history, the Great Wall of China actually consists of numerous walls and fortifications, many running parallel to each other. Originally conceived by Emperor Qin Shi Huang (c. 259-210 B.C.) in the third century B.C. as a means of preventing incursions from barbarian nomads into the Chinese Empire, the wall is one of the most extensive construction projects ever completed.
Hutong Tours
In the modern city of Beijing lies a place where you can still see the authentic old Beijing. The place is known as Shichahai Area where most local residents still live in traditional courtyard-styled houses dotted along old Hutongs. Your Beijing trip is not complete without visiting the Shichahai Area. You will go around those existent hutongs either by rickshaw and on foot on our pre-arranged hutong tours.
